Terms of Service

The governing principles and legal framework of the ZRAR ecosystem.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZRAR platform (wezrar.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is exclusively owned and operated by AR MirZA. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately refrain from using the platform and its associated intelligent tool modules.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, algorithms, source code, branding, and the underlying "Digital Mall" architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of AR MirZA. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the resources for educational and institutional purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of our proprietary AI flows is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct & Prohibitions

Users must interact with the platform in a professional and lawful manner. The use of automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest data from our question bank or textbooks is a severe violation of these terms. Any attempt to bypass AI usage limits, security protocols, or administrative gates will result in the immediate and permanent termination of access.

4. Academic Responsibility

While ZRAR provides high-fidelity tools for paper generation and academic assessment, the final responsibility for the accuracy, context, and appropriateness of the content rests entirely with the user. We encourage a thorough manual review of all generated materials before their implementation in formal academic settings. ZRAR acts as a tool for efficiency, not as a substitute for professional human judgment.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZRAR and its founder, AR MirZA, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, academic discrepancies, technical interruptions, or the unavailability of external cloud-hosted assets.
